Building The Hive

Watch on YouTube.

What does it take to build a soccer culture?

This week on Fort Wayne Footy, we're joined by Christina Copeland of the Three Rivers Regiment, Fort Wayne FC's official supporter group, for a conversation about the people, passion, and energy behind The Hive at Ruoff Mortgage Stadium. What started as a small group of supporters 6 years ago has been growing into a new space in a new stadium during Fort Wayne FC's inaugural USL League One season. Along the way, Three Rivers Regiment has helped bring the flags, chants, smoke, and atmosphere that make matchday special.

We'll look back at how it all started, the challenges of opening a new stadium that was still under construction, how the Regiment has grown, and what it takes to create a memorable soccer experience. We'll also discuss a bigger question: How does Fort Wayne create a truly intimidating home atmosphere in a stadium that's considerably larger than many other USL League One venues?

It's a conversation about supporter culture, community, and building something that can grow alongside our club.
