Fort Wayne Roots

White’s soccer roots run deep in Fort Wayne. She came up through the local club scene, starting with Fort Wayne Fever, then with Fort Wayne United, and starred at Homestead High School. Her senior season there remains legendary, capped by a state championship and performances that longtime fans still talk about. Whether it was her speed, unselfishness, or ability to take over games, White was a joy to watch—and a player who made everyone around her better.
