Watch on YouTube.

Fort Wayne FC missed an opportunity to clinch a playoff spot, falling 3–1 to Sarasota Paradise at Ruoff Mortgage Stadium.

Michael Rempel gave Fort Wayne the early lead, but Sarasota capitalized on defensive mistakes to score twice before halftime. Fort Wayne continued to create chances, finishing with 17 shots, eight on target and 35 touches in the opposition penalty area. Sarasota had fewer attacking opportunities by those measures but made the most of its chances.

With the playoff race still unresolved, attention now turns to the season finale against AC Boise. Can Fort Wayne respond when it matters most?
