Refund & Return Policy

All merchandise sold on this site is custom printed to order. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for reasons such as incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or preference changes.

No Returns or Refunds Except for Defects

We only accept returns or issue refunds in the event of:

  • A manufacturing defect in the garment

  • A major misprint (e.g., incorrect design, severe alignment issues)

  • Damaged or faulty stitching that affects wearability

  • Minor variations in color, placement, or print texture are normal in custom-printed apparel and do not qualify as defects.

Reporting an Issue

If your item arrives with a qualifying defect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor print variations

  • Orders damaged due to improper washing or care

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Final Sale

All custom merchandise sales are considered final sale unless a qualifying defect is confirmed.

Why This Policy Exists

Each item we sell is custom printed specifically for you at the time your order is placed. Unlike mass-produced retail apparel, custom merchandise cannot be restocked or resold.

This policy allows us to:

  • Keep pricing fair

  • Avoid unnecessary waste

  • Continue producing high-quality, made-to-order items
